Preview of Wheeling Jesuit's Spring 2019 semester

The spring 2019 semester will begin on Monday, Jan. 7. There are several events happening over the next few months at Wheeling Jesuit University. 

On Tuesday, April 2, the University will host its twentieth annual student research and scholarship symposium. Students will showcase their research to faculty, staff and peers through oral and poster presentations. 

The performing arts department will hold their spring musical from Thursday, April 4, through Sunday, April 7. The musical will be Man of La Mancha. The musical is free and open to all students, faculty, staff and the general public. If you would like to learn more information, please visit the official Fine & Performing Arts site.

Wheeling Jesuit will also host its annual scholarship dinner, Gaudiosa, on Saturday, April 13. This event supports the 1,151 students that attend the University. If you would like to learn more information about how you can support this cause, please visit the official Gaudiosa site.

The University will celebrate the class of 2019 graduates  with a Baccalaureate Mass on Friday, May 3, and the Commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 4, at 10:30 a.m. in the Alma Grace McDonough Center. 

Alumni Weekend will be held on Friday, June 21, through Sunday, June 23. The class of 1969 will be celebrating their 50-year anniversary. All alumni are welcome to attend. There will be receptions, tours, family-friendly entertainment, music, games, and great food.
