With more than 100 groups started and more than 800 graduates, the BOLD program has made it possible for its graduates to maintain work and family obligations while earning a degree and becoming more marketable in their professional field.  Graduates have been promoted into management and leadership positions in health care, business and industry, and government agencies.  Many have continued on to a graduate program—some have even completed law school after BOLD.
